About Me
Hey, I'm Michelle, a compassionate mental health clinician dedicated to guiding individuals through life's challenges and helping them achieve a greater sense of well-being. My journey in social work began with a deep-seated passion for empowering women, individuals and underrepresented communities facing various challenges.
With over 10 years of experience in this field. I am passionate about providing counseling that centers around your personal, cultural, and spiritual experiences using Psychodynamic approaches, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and faith-based modalities (as desired) to help you become the best version of yourself.

I received my Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University and I am a University of Bridgeport and Gateway Community College Alumni. Outside of my professional role, I enjoy participating in community resource events, reading, and mentoring teen and young adult women.
